Children and youth summer camp Hachen

The two-hour training is dedicated to the most popular training goal of fitness - MUSCLE BUILD! The six-time Fitness-X Bam Bam will train with you shoulder movements, pulling techniques and changing grips as well as show jumping and other exercises with which to build muscle. We always emphasize the importance of strict muscle building before we include kipping exercises in the training. We would like to provide the participants with the appropriate tools for this.

The event of the year

Well-developed muscles are the be-all and end-all to be healthy and fit in everyday life. It ensures good posture and a healthy back. Targeted muscle building training is essential, especially with CrossFit: this is the only way you can do exercises effectively, increase your performance and avoid injuries. That's why we want to show our new members in particular how to build muscle in a targeted manner. With the six-time Fitness-X winner Bam Bam we have exactly the right trainer for this task. With his many years of experience, he has the necessary expertise to teach the participants the most important movement sequences and, with a lot of empathy, takes into account the needs of each individual - whether beginner or advanced fitness athlete.
