KICKBOX KIDS

We teach life skills and make children strong.

Kickboxing (sports karate) training promotes basic motor skills: endurance, strength, speed, mobility and coordination in equal measure. In terms of the physical training effect, kickboxing offers a full-body workout with simultaneous teaching of self-defence.

The entire musculoskeletal system is strengthened, general condition and mobility improved, as well as the ability to coordinate, concentrate and appear confident.

Our kickboxing kids groups are divided into age groups

    6/7 years (from school age) to 9 years 10 to 12/13 year olds,

In this way, we teach even more specifically and individually with the children and young people.
