Kickboxing can be learned in any age group! Our trained team starts with you where you are, from beginner to "old hand", we get the best out of you. You will notice it physically and also mentally after regular training.
You determine the pace all by yourself. As well as the decision whether or not you want to participate in sparring or competitions. "Teamwork" is very important to us.
Since kickboxing (martial arts) is unfortunately still clichéd, here's a tip: Even the mere suspicion that someone wants to implement what they have learned from us on the street leads to an immediate exit. Even when looking at new additions, we pay the greatest attention to this point. Club types are not welcome with us!
